This is a cute card that my sister showed me about five years ago. It uses a retired set but the idea is fun. The grad hat is adorable tassel and all. I remember doing it at stamp club and the girls loved it, looked all over town to get tassels I think most finally went to the city and found them there.
I promise to get back to current stamps but sometimes it is nice to use
the ones we love and that is why we bought them... thanks for looking
